Role & Responsibilities as a Production Operative

• Manual handling and lifting of materials


• Cleaning, setting, and filling long-line steel moulds


• Performing routine quality checks and recording results to maintain high production standards


• Cleaning and maintaining machinery and equipment


• Following all health and safety procedures


• Supporting the wider team to meet daily production targets

What do you require to apply as a Production Operative

• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions


• Reliable, proactive, and a good team player in a production setting


• Previous manual or labouring experience desirable


• Own transport preferred due to site location
