Assistant Restaurant Manager – SW London

Up to £45,000 including TRONC

I'm working with a well-known premium neighbourhood restaurant in Barnes that’s going through some positive changes and looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the GM.

It’s a 90-cover site, does around £50k weekly revenue, and needs someone who can keep standards high, lead from the front and bring the team with them.

The role
They’re after someone who’s hands-on, confident on the floor and able to keep service sharp during busy periods.

You’ll support across operations, guest experience, team development, basic financials and marketing activity.

Social media support is part of this role too, working closely with their marketing lead.

What they need

• 2–3 years’ experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager in a similar style of restaurant
• Strong service standards and the ability to lead a team well
• Good basic maths and financial understanding
• Confident communicator with excellent English
• Someone who’s comfortable supporting marketing and social channels
• Professional, well-presented and calm under pressure
