About the role

• You launch and lead the kitchen for a new opening in April
• You build and develop the kitchen team
• You create and deliver seasonal menus
• You set kitchen standards from day one
• You manage ordering, stock and GP
• You work closely with senior management during pre-opening and beyond

The offer

• Salary £36,000 to £38,000
• Tronc around £7,000
• Bonus potential up to £7,500
• New site opening experience

Your background

• Proven Head Chef or strong Senior Sous ready to step up
• Experience in openings is helpful but not essential
• Confident leading busy fresh food service
• Track record of training and developing teams
• Strong menu knowledge and cost control ability
