Administrative Assistant (PT)

JOB DESCRIPTION



GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

This position will provide administrative support to the WTI Prevailing Wage team.




ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the submission of the State of New Jersey Department of Labor Monthly Project Workforce reporting forms
  • Ensures proper filing of New Jersey projects and record keeping
  • Requesting New Jersey project identification numbers
  • Perform general administrative duties and other duties as assigned by the manager

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills
  • Able to effectively communicate with government office personnel at all levels
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
  • Computer literacy - including Microsoft 365 basic office tools
