Charles Hunter Associates are looking for an Adult Social Worker to join a Learning Disabilities Team.

This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 2 year post qualified experience.

About the team:

This team operates within a multidisciplinary environment to provide specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and their carers.

Main responsibilities will include holding a caseload of adults, offering support to individuals to live as independently as possible and ensure safeguarding processes are caried out in line with the Care Act 2014.

This role offers a competitive pay rate and a stable 6 - month contract (subject to extension).

About you

A degree within Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) with a minimum of 2-year experience is essential to be considered for this role.

Experience within a Learning Disabilities Team lends well to the success of this position.
