My client is recruiting a Venue Sales & Events Coordinator to join a prestigious Central London venue hosting a wide range of high-quality corporate and private events.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both selling events and being on-site to ensure smooth delivery.

The Role

• Manage event enquiries from initial contact to confirmed booking
• Prepare proposals and contracts
• Coordinate events on-site, ensuring seamless delivery
• Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
• Support sales activity and event administration

About You

• Experience in events, venue sales, or hospitality
• Organised, proactive, and confident with clients
• Strong attention to detail and calm under pressure
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends
