HR Executive - Dublin - Hybrid - €35-40k

MLR have an exciting new opportunity for a motivated HR Executive to join a prestigious luxury travel operator based in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to build your skills and deepen your experience within a market‑leading brand that continues to grow both locally and internationally.

In this role, you will be involved in the full employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding to day‑to‑day HR operations.

You will support hiring processes, prepare documentation, coordinate training, and assist with employee queries.

As the company continues to expand, you will play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive employee experience.

As a central point of contact, you will help maintain a supportive, people‑focused culture.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple tasks while delivering excellent communication and strong attention to detail.

After completing probation, this role will offer a hybrid working model.
