My client, a leading service provider, is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large scale Facilities Management projects, focusing on complex refurbishments, upgrades, and operational improvements.

This senior leadership role requires the ability to manage full lifecycle project delivery, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and ensure seamless execution across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering large scale FM projects, including major refurbishments and infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong capability in managing budgets, programmes, contractors, and operational risk.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels.

Key Responsibilities:
