Family Solicitor
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Chester is seeking a talented and compassionate Family Solicitor to join its growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a varied caseload while making a real difference to clients during some of the most important and challenging times in their lives.
You will provide clear, practical advice across a broad range of family law matters and play a key role in delivering consistently high standards of client care.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse family law caseload, including divorce, financial settlements and child arrangements
- Providing empathetic, straightforward advice tailored to each clients circumstances
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent standards of care
- Working closely with colleagues and contributing to the continued development of the department
The firm is keen to speak with solicitors who can demonstrate:
- Qualification as a Solicitor with experience in family law
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- The ability to manage their own caseload efficiently
- A proactive, enthusiastic attitude and commitment to high-quality work
- Experience with case management systems (beneficial but not essential)
