Residential Property Solicitor

Role Title: Residential Property Solicitor
Location: Loughborough / Leicester
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £40,000–£55,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and handle all aspects of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion

- Work on a range of residential property matters including:
• Freehold & leasehold transactions
• Unregistered land transactions
• New build purchases
• Transfers of equity & remortgages
• Small-scale development work 
• Support and mentor junior staff
• Ensure quality and compliance standards are met (e.g.

CQS) 

- Maintain and develop lender panel relationships

- Network and help grow the department’s client base 

Candidate Requirements:

- Qualified solicitor or legal executive with significant residential property experience

- Proven team-management experience

- Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
