Panel Beater / Coachbuilder – Bus Fleet Maintenance
Location: Burnley
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Salary: £37,000 – £42,000 per annum

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Panel Beater / Coachbuilder to join our team maintaining and repairing a fleet of buses in Burnley.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering stability, competitive pay, and regular daytime working hours.

Key Responsibilities:

- Carry out panel repairs and bodywork on buses to a high standard
- Repair or replace panels using aluminium, fibreglass, and composite materials
- Perform structural repairs to vehicle frames and bodies
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a panel beater or coachbuilder, ideally with buses, HGVs, or commercial vehicles
- Strong understanding of vehicle body repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NVQ Level 3 in Vehicle Body Repair or equivalent is preferred, though time-served experience will be considered
