Nursery Nurse

Zero2Five are proud to partner with a unique and welcoming childcare setting in Shilton, Coventry, in their search for an enthusiastic Qualified Nursery Nurse.

You will join a supportive and experienced team, creating a caring environment that encourages children to grow, learn and achieve their full potential.

Requirements:

  A Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years or Childcare

  A solid understanding of the EYFS framework and children’s development

  Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team

  A genuine passion for supporting and working with young children

Key Responsibilities:

  Provide a stimulating and engaging environment that supports children’s learning and development

  Observe, assess and record children’s progress in line with EYFS requirements

  Consistently follow safeguarding, welfare and health and safety policies

  Promote the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care

  Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences

  Develop positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues

  Encourage and support children to develop confidence and independence in their learning

  Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety throughout the setting
