An exciting opportunity for a dynamic Senior Event Operations Manager to lead the planning and delivery of high-profile events within a premium, fast-paced catering and hospitality environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead operations for a portfolio of events from planning to post-event review
• Collaborate with sales, kitchen, and logistics teams to deliver seamless experiences
• Oversee on-site event execution, ensuring service and quality exceed expectations
• Supervise and support operations teams on-site as well as casuals and ageny staff
• Manage budgets, supplier relationships, and post-event reconciliations

What You Bring:

• Proven background in high-end catering or events
• Experience working across Unique Venues of London
• Confident leadership and people management skills
• Excellent logistical planning and multi-tasking ability
• A collaborative approach and strong communication skills
• Financial awareness and a drive for continuous improvement
