They are now seeking a Finance Director to take ownership of financial strategy, control, and stakeholder engagement across the organisation.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the Finance Director will lead the organisation’s financial strategy and provide oversight of financial operations, governance, and performance insight.

The role combines strategic input with strong technical leadership, ensuring planning, reporting, and control frameworks remain robust within a regulated setting.

  Oversee management reporting and performance analysis

Candidate Profile

• 
  

  ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

• 
  

  Senior finance leadership experience within financial services or a regulated environment

• 
  

  Strong technical accounting and regulatory knowledge

  Proven ability to operate at Board and executive level

• 
  

  Commercially minded with a strong control and governance focus

  Confident communicator with experience managing complex stakeholders
