TIG Welder
Salary: £17-£19 per hour

Excellent opportunity for a TIG Welder to join a successful and well-established engineering business in Poole, supplying complex components into demanding industries including aerospace, defence, marine, and oil & gas.

This TIG Welder position is based in Poole and offers a salary of up to £19 per hour.

As a TIG Welder, you’ll be working on a variety of sheet metal and fabricated components, supporting long-term contracts for high-profile customers.

Key responsibilities for this TIG Welder role include:

- TIG welding metallics to a high standard
- Working with thin-gauge materials and components of varying sizes
- Reading and interpreting detailed engineering drawings
- Maintaining consistent quality while working to strict specifications

Essential skills required for the TIG Welder position:

- Proven background in TIG welding
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work accurately from engineering drawings

Desirable experience:

- Previous experience welding Inconel (advantageous, not essential)
