I am recruiting for multiple Support Workers adept in supporting young people with learning disabilities who have experienced significant trauma.

This is a residential service based in Chelmsford.

Successful applicants must drive.

About the Role:

• You will provide support for young people with complex needs using a person-centred approach


• You will have passion encouraging growth and well-being


• Assist with personal care when required


• Rolling Rota: Week A - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, and Sunday / Week B - Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday


• This will be either a day contract or a Waking Night contract


• Support attendance at school, appointments, and activities

About You:

• Full UK driving licence is essential


• Previous experience young people who have challenging behaviours, and learning difficulties


• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS or willing to obtain one


• Calm and persistent personality
