As a CNC Sliding Head Machinist, you’ll be working across a Citizen M32 and Citizen K16, producing tight-tolerance parts in a clean, well-organised environment.

The position would suit a confident CNC Sliding Head Machinist who can programme, set, and operate, although strong setter/operators with sliding head experience will also be considered.

Key responsibilities of the CNC Sliding Head Machinist:

- Programming, setting, and operating CNC sliding head machines
- Working on Citizen M32 and Citizen K16 machines
- Editing programs at the machine to improve cycle times and quality
- Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Carrying out basic inspection to ensure components meet specification

Essential skills for the CNC Sliding Head Machinist:

- Proven experience as a CNC Sliding Head Machinist
- Strong knowledge of sliding head machining processes
- Ability to set and operate independently
- Confident working to tight tolerances
- Good understanding of tooling, offsets, and quality standards
