Assistant General Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

We are working with a reputable restaurant base in downtown LA in a breathtaking venue.

This brand offers modern American cuisine using the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.  This chef-driven restaurant has multiple dining-rooms and has won various awards.

The Assistant General Manager Role:

• Oversees the day to day operations of the restaurant
• Manages multiple department heads
• Reports and works very closely to the Owner and General Manager
• Ensures guest satisfaction

The Ideal Assistant General Manager Candidate:

• Previous experience in a Michelin restaurant is highly desired
• High volume experience – with annual sales above $10million
• Good career stability and progression demonstrated
• Experience managing large teams and events departments
• Strong beverage background with extensive wine knowledge
• Dedicated leader that knows how to train and develop teams
• Familiar with the LA restaurant scene
