Assistant Director of Rooms – Luxury Brands

Location: Miami Beach, FL
Salary: $130,000 – $140,000 + 10% bonus

We are hiring for a luxury hotel in Miami and seeking an Assistant Director of Rooms.

The role will oversee room operations, guest satisfaction, and team development, ensuring the highest standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk, concierge, housekeeping, and guest services teams.
• Ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and departmental financial performance.
• Develop and train team members to maintain luxury brand standards.
• Collaborate with leadership on operational strategies and special projects.
