Financial Planning Analyst

Salary range: $75,000–$85,000

Location: Remote (USA)

We are currently working with a growing, multi-unit organization seeking an FP & A to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting across the business.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with experience in the restaurant or food & beverage industry who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and wants room to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple territories and business units
• Track and analyze Territory-level P&L performance, identifying trends and variances
• Prepare and maintain KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics
• Assist with monthly reporting, close support, and financial analysis
• Support synergy tracking and financial model integration across the organization

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or accounting within a multi-unit environment
• Background in restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage strongly preferred
• Strong analytical skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI reporting
• Comfortable working with financial models, large data sets, and cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
