You will manage and develop a team of Deputies, Seniors and Residential Workers, ensuring the home operates in line with regulatory standards and maintains a therapeutic, child-focused environment.

You will also work alongside specialist professionals who support both staff and young people within the service.

Requirements:

, Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
, Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or working towards)
, At least 1 year management or supervisory experience within a residential children's home
, Strong understanding of safeguarding and Children's Homes Regulations
, Track record of supporting positive inspection outcomes
, Experience managing staff performance and development
, Financial awareness and oversight of home budgets
, Resilient leadership style with strong communication skills
