Salary: $115,000–$140,000

We’re partnering with a growing, well-known restaurant group to find an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-end, high-volume steakhouse kitchen.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a chef who values quality, systems, and team development.

The Role

• Lead all back-of-house operations and kitchen teams
• Drive menu execution, food quality, and consistency
• Manage food & labor costs, inventory, and ordering
• Train, mentor, and develop strong kitchen leadership
• Ensure food safety, sanitation, and operational standards

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive experience in an Executive Chef or senior kitchen leadership role
• High-end or chef-driven restaurant experience required
• New opening experience
• Strong cost control and operational skills
• Confident, professional, and hands-on leadership style
