Auto Electrician – Bus Fleet 
Location: Hull
Salary: £36,000 basic + overtime
Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Auto Electrician to join a well-established operation maintaining a fleet of buses in Hull.

The Role You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems across a modern bus fleet, ensuring vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

- Fault finding and diagnostics on electrical and electronic systems

- Repairs and maintenance of wiring, lighting, batteries, alternators, starters, and control units

- Use of diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults

- Planned and reactive maintenance

- Ensuring all work meets safety and compliance standards

Requirements

- Proven experience as an Auto Electrician (PSV, HGV, Bus, or Coach experience preferred)

- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Relevant qualifications or time-served experience
