Warehouse Team Leader

Are you an experienced Warehouse Team Leader looking for a new challenge?
Do you have strong leadership skills and experience managing a busy goods out department?

To be considered for this Warehouse Team Leader role you will need the following:

- Previous experience within a warehouse environment
- Experience managing or supervising a team of up to 10 people
- Strong knowledge of goods out operations, including smalls and large goods
- Be able to carry out manual handling duties
- Have good communication skills and understanding of English, written and spoken
- Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads

The Warehouse Team Leader role will involve:

- Managing and supporting a team of up to 10 warehouse operatives
- Overseeing the goods out department, including smalls and large goods dispatch
- Organising daily workloads and allocating tasks effectively
- Ensuring orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time
- Monitoring performance and maintaining high standards of health and safety
- Supporting with stock control and general warehouse duties where required
