Salary: £35,000–£45,000
Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8-hour day shift (overtime 1.5x)

A thriving signage company in Ashford is on the lookout for a talented Signage Draughtsman to join their state-of-the-art drawing office.

Be at the heart of the action, turning client ideas into precise, eye-catching designs while collaborating closely with production and graphics teams to bring every project to life.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate briefs into detailed visuals and specifications
• Produce manufacturing drawings and CNC files
• Generate print-ready files for graphics/signage
• Collaborate with Sales, Projects, CAD, and production teams
• Support new product/process integration

Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years in signage or related industry
• Proficient in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
• CNC file prep experience; SignLab/SolidWorks a plus
• Strong communication, practical approach, keen to learn
