Housekeeper/Cleaner



Overview

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Domestic Staff/Housekeepers to support a service in the RH14 area.

This temporary role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for the service and its residents.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.

  • Clean resident areas, communal spaces, bathrooms, and kitchens to a high standard.

  • Dispose of waste safely and follow infection control procedures.

  • Replenish cleaning supplies and report any stock shortages.

  • Follow health and safety policies at all times.

  • Work efficiently as part of a team and communicate with onsite staff when required.

  • Ensure confidentiality and respect for residents at all times.


Skills & Experience

  • Previous cleaning, domestic, or housekeeping experience preferred but not essential.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

  • Good understanding of hygiene and infection control practices.

  • Reliable, punctual, and professional.

  • Able to follow instructions and maintain high cleaning standards.

  • Flat rate: No.

  • Role may involve varying shift times—final rota and hours to be confirmed.
