The Role

We’re seeking a strong Restaurant Manager - or an ambitious Assistant Restaurant Manager ready for the next step - to lead from the floor in a fast-paced, service-led operation.

This role is centred around product, guest experience and team leadership.

You’ll work closely with the senior leadership team to deliver consistently outstanding service, maintaining exceptional attention to detail while driving performance across a team.

This is a hands-on, floor-based position.

You must thrive in volume, love service and be comfortable leading a large team in a busy environment every single day.
