Our client, a fast-growing online hospitality booking platform, is seeking an ambitious and commercially-minded Head of Growth to join their leadership team.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic operator who thrives on driving revenue, building commercial models, and taking full accountability for results.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth through lead nurturing, strategic partnerships, and data-driven growth initiatives.
• Build and implement robust commercial models to optimise profitability.
• Take full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance.
• Lead operational improvements to enhance efficiency and execution across the business.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure growth strategies are implemented successfully.

Candidate Profile

• Proven commercial experience with full P&L ownership.
• Hands-on operational experience scaling businesses and delivering results.
• Strong ability to nurture leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
• Analytical, strategic, and data-driven in decision-making.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality booking platforms or agencies would be highly desirable.
