Director of Housekeeping – Luxury Resort | Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

We are partnering with a prestigious luxury hospitality group to appoint an experienced Director of Housekeeping for a stunning, remote resort property in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned hospitality leader to take full ownership of the housekeeping and laundry division within a world-class luxury environment.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence, champion sustainability initiatives, and lead a large, multicultural team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the housekeeping strategy, including budgeting and workforce planning
• Ensure impeccable standards across guest rooms, public areas, and laundry operations
• Champion sustainability, health & safety, and continuous quality improvement initiatives
• Manage departmental costs, procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory control
• Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing housekeeping leadership team
• Support pre-opening projects and ongoing property enhancements across the group

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 8–10+ years’ experience in luxury housekeeping leadership
• Previous experience as a Director of Housekeeping or Executive Housekeeper within a luxury resort or hotel
• Strong financial acumen and proven team leadership capability
• Pre-opening experience highly advantageous
• Comfortable working in remote or island-style locations
