Backed by seasoned restaurateurs with a proven track record of launching award-winning and sustainable concepts across London, this restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience rooted in authenticity and excellence.

Sommelier Benefits:

• Competitive starting salary of £37,000 - £40,000

Waiter Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in professional London restaurants, hotels, or private members’ clubs
• Exposure to Italian cuisine is a strong advantage.
• A humble, hardworking sommelier who is able work as the sole sommelier for the restaurant.
• A genuine passion for fine wines – ideal for someone looking to grow into a more senior position.
