An established and growing FMCG business is seeking a Finance Director to join the executive team and lead financial strategy, commercial performance, and operational control across the organisation.

With a broad product portfolio and multi-channel distribution, the business requires a leader who can balance growth ambition with financial rigour.

The Role
Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the Finance Director will take full ownership of the finance function.

This is a highly commercial leadership role, responsible for shaping long-term financial direction while ensuring robust reporting, cash management, and governance frameworks remain in place.

  Provide clear performance insight and challenge at executive and Board level

Candidate Profile

• 
  

  ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified

• 
  

  Proven senior finance leadership experience within FMCG or a high-volume product-led environment

• 
  

  Strong commercial acumen with experience driving margin improvement and operational efficiency

• 
  

  Confident operating at executive and Board level

• 
  

  Demonstrated ability to balance strategic oversight with operational delivery
