Job Title: Operations Manager – International Exhibition Group
Salary: Up to £40,000 + incentives
Location: Lon (Hybrid)

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a leading international exhibition group.

You’ll take ownership of operational delivery for multiple high-profile exhibitions across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and America, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end operations for multiple exhibitions
• Manage budgets, timelines, suppliers, and contractors
• Produce floorplans, signage, exhibitor manuals, and show guides
• Ensure health & safety compliance, risk assessments, and plans
• Work closely with marketing, sales, production, and finance teams
• Conduct post-event reviews and process improvements

Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in exhibition or large-scale event operations
• Strong budget management and multi-project coordination
• Excellent stakeholder management and supplier negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure
• Flexible to travel internationally and work occasional evenings/weekends
