Restaurant & Bar Supervisor — £16/hour, 40-hour contract

We’re looking for enthusiastic Restaurant and Bar Supervisors to join a busy live music venue! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a high-energy environment.

You will only do single shifts (No Doubles!) and you will have the chance to grow in the company with multiple venues.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supervising service on your shift, ensuring guests have a great experience
• Supporting the team and leading by example on the floor and bar
• Managing smooth service during busy periods, including some late-night weekend shifts
• Maintaining high standards of service, safety, and cleanliness

What we’re looking for:

• Experience as a Restaurant or Bar Supervisor in a fast-paced venue
• Confident, hands-on approach and ability to lead a team
• Flexible availability, including weekend late-night shifts
• Passion for hospitality and delivering excellent guest experiences
