Key responsibilities as Engineering Manager:
, Manage a team of approximately 10 Maintenance Engineers, Team Leaders, Maintenance Planner and Stores Controller
, Drive plant performance through continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives
, Support capital projects, ensuring effective budget control
, Enhance equipment reliability through the application of best maintenance practices and effective use of the CMMS system
, Oversee electrical and mechanical workloads including planned and reactive maintenance across all production lines

I would love to speak with anyone who has the following:
, Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
, Strong knowledge of EHS, PPM, TPM and CMMS systems
, Proven experience within a manufacturing maintenance environment
