Regional Lead Nurse
A leading national care provider is now seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RMN) to join the team as a Regional Lead Nurse, supporting services across Gloucestershire.
Working across a portfolio of high-quality nursing and residential homes, this role offers the opportunity to provide expert clinical leadership and operational support where it is needed most.
As a Regional Lead Nurse, you will work closely with Home Managers and wider teams to drive clinical excellence, support regulatory compliance, and ensure consistently high standards of person-centred care.

This is a permanent, full-time Regional Lead Nurse position covering Gloucestershire.
Person specification:
- Registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RN Adult / RMN)
- Driving licence with access to own vehicle
- Experience working at a senior level within a nursing home or care of the elderly
- Ability and willingness to travel and cover sites as required
- Experience managing junior members of the team such as nurses & support staff
- Flexibility to cover a range of shifts including evenings & weekends
