Salary: £28,500 per annum + comprehensive benefits
Hours: 37.5 hours per week | 7-day shift pattern (including weekends & bank holidays on rotation)

We’re recruiting for two Production Operatives to join a highly regulated manufacturing environment in Sandwich.

This is more than a production role – it’s a position where quality, compliance, and “right first time” principles drive everything.
Working within a modern laboratory setting, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring every batch meets the highest GMP standards, safeguarding product integrity and patient safety at every stage.

The Role
Within this clean, structured, and quality-driven environment, you will:

• Follow detailed production instructions with accuracy and discipline
• Operate in full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and ISO9001 standards
• Complete production documentation meticulously, maintaining “right first time” accuracy
• Handle deliveries and manage stock control in line with regulated procedures
• Support routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor production engineering tasks
• Maintain a clean, organised, audit-ready workspace at all times

About You

This role will suit individuals who thrive in structured, compliance-led environments and take pride in high standards.

You will have:

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production setting
• Pharmaceutical industry experience (highly desirable)
• Strong working knowledge of GMP regulations and quality systems
• Confidence following SOPs and detailed written instructions
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• A proactive attitude and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• A flexible, team-focused approach to shift-based work
