A distinguished luxury retail group is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join the executive team and shape the financial strategy for its next phase of growth.

Reporting to the CEO and working closely with the Board, the Chief Financial Officer will take full responsibility for financial strategy, governance, and capital management across the business.

  Support expansion initiatives, store rollouts, and investment decisions

  Oversee statutory reporting, audit processes, and compliance requirements

  Build and lead a high-performing finance team aligned with brand values

  ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified (or equivalent)

  Proven CFO or senior finance leadership experience within luxury retail or a premium consumer brand

  Strong commercial acumen with experience protecting margin in brand-led environments
