Baker / Senior Baker – Fast-Growing Commercial Bakery – North Acton -38-40k

They need passionate bakers and cake decorators as the company grows.

We are partnering with a successful, fast-growing commercial bakery in North Acton.

With one retail shop, major wholesale accounts, and plans to open two more sites, they are looking for multiple bakers to join their team immediately.

This is a chance to work in a high-volume production environment with genuine progression opportunities.

The Company:

• 2,000 sq ft production unit in North Acton.
• 2 drivers handling distribution; plans to open 2 more shops soon.
• 7-day operation.

• Hours: 40-hour contract with paid overtime.
  
  Shifts typically start 8am-6pm 5 days out of 7.
• Location: North Acton, London (tube accessible)

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience in cake making, pastry, cake decorating, and/or high-volume production.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced wholesale environment.
• Looking to grow – progression available to Senior Baker roles.
• Available immediately
