Restaurant Manager – Premium Dining
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

A leading premium restaurant group is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join one of its flagship Mayfair venues.

This is a well-established, high-performing site with an exceptional reputation across the London hospitality scene.

The focus is classic British service delivered with precision, confidence and genuine warmth.

The role:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations within a premium Mayfair environment
• Maintain and elevate service standards across the floor
• Drive team training and ongoing development
• Be a visible and confident presence on the floor
• Build strong relationships with high-net-worth clientele
• Work closely with senior leadership to push performance and guest experience

The person:

• Understands Mayfair and premium hospitality environments
• Standards and quality driven with strong attention to detail
• Confident, warm and impactful in guest interaction
• Strong front-of-house presence with personality and polish
• Back-of-house knowledge advantageous - WSET desirable
• Training focused with the ability to lead, motivate and inspire
• Hands-on, accountable and commercially aware
