We’re recruiting a Head of Culinary & Hospitality to lead and elevate food and service standards across a group of exceptional care homes in the East of England.

This is a highly visible, client-facing leadership role where hospitality truly sits at the heart of the operation.

You will champion restaurant-quality dining, create memorable experiences for residents and families, and ensure every meal service delivers genuine 5-star hospitality.

This role goes beyond kitchens.

It requires someone who lives and breathes hospitality, is confident interacting with residents, families and leadership teams, and is passionate about creating a culture where food, service and experience are inseparable.

You will work closely with talented on-site Head Chefs and hospitality teams, driving standards, developing people and ensuring food and service consistently exceed expectations across multiple homes.

The offer

• Salary up to £80,000
• £3,000 car allowance

The role

• Lead culinary and hospitality operations across multiple care homes.
• Be a visible, client-facing leader during mealtimes and resident events.

• Develop, coach and mentor Head Chefs and kitchen teams.
• Oversee menus, nutrition, suppliers and food quality across the group.
• Build a culture where hospitality and service are as important as the food.
• Travel regularly between homes with occasional weekend presence where needed.
