Marketing Director – Hotel & Serviced Residences | Abu Dhabi

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Director to lead the marketing strategy for a luxury hotel and serviced residences in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall marketing and brand strategy
• Drive room revenue, long-stay occupancy, and F&B promotions
• Manage digital marketing, social media, PR, and partnerships
• Lead campaigns targeting corporate, leisure, and long-stay markets
• Analyse performance and optimise marketing ROI

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hospitality marketing leadership
• Strong knowledge of hotel, serviced residence, and lifestyle branding
• Expertise in digital marketing, distribution, and revenue-driven campaigns
• GCC experience preferred

Salary Package:

• AED22500 all-inclusive or AED14k base plus company provided accommodation, etc
