  • Location: Mayfair (office based)
  • Salary: up to £45k + benefits

We’re partnering with a design-led luxury real estate and hospitality business to appoint an exceptional Executive Assistant & Office Manager to support a member of the Senior Leadership Team and oversee the smooth running of their Mayfair office.

This is a hands-on, pivotal role for a polished, proactive and highly organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

The role includes:


  • Complex diary and meeting management
  • Travel coordination and briefing preparation
  • Managing correspondence and acting as a key point of contact
  • Supporting projects and occasional personal administration
  • Overseeing the day-to-day running of the Mayfair office
  • Managing suppliers, facilities and office standards
  • Supporting events, meetings and hospitality requirements

Candidate Profile


  • Proven EA/PA experience (property, hospitality, luxury or private office preferred)
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Confidence supporting senior leadership
  • A proactive, discreet and solutions-focused approach
