Residential Support Worker - Full Training Provided

Do you have experience of working with young people in education, care, youth work or youth offending?


If yes, my client is looking to recruit Residential Support Workers for their specialist four bed children's home for young people with trauma and complex behaviours based in Tiverton, 20 minutes outside of Exeter.


The Residential Support Worker is a permanent full time role paying £26,824 plus £4,000 for sleep in shifts per annum.


The role is a 37 hours per week and consists of shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep in shifts.


You must be a driver due to the job requirements and we are unable to accept sponsorship candidates at this time.


If you are meet the below :



  • Professional experience with young people in some capacity

  • Able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, bank holidays

  • Commitment to working with the UK's most vulnerable children

  • Driving License and Vehicle and commutable to Tiverton
