Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and manage all service bookings in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure all vehicles are processed in line with company procedures and industry standards
- Plan and manage the Service Department diary to maximise workshop efficiency and technician utilisation
- Promote aftersales services, including servicing, repairs, and parts, to drive repeat business
- Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve high customer satisfaction scores (CSI)
- Upsell additional work, services, and products to meet revenue and profitability targets
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent the business to a high standard

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor within a franchised dealership
- Strong understanding of automotive aftersales, service processes, and customer care standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Target-driven with a proactive and positive “can-do” attitude
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a busy workload
- Full UK Driving Licence (required)
