Leasing Consultant / Car Leasing Advisor / Vehicle Leasing Specialist
Location: Exeter 
Salary: Up to £42,000 OTE per annum + £2,250 Fuel/Insurance Allowance
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 08:30–18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch), Saturday mornings on rota

Join a dynamic team as a Leasing Consultant guiding customers through an engaging and supportive car leasing journey.

This is not cold-calling—your focus is on warm inbound leads from customers who have expressed interest.

You’ll help customers find the perfect car at a market-leading price, providing tailored guidance every step of the way.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound leads and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Follow the sales process to meet and exceed performance targets
- Build strong rapport with customers, understanding their individual needs and preferences
- Collaborate with funders, dealerships, and stakeholders to deliver a seamless leasing experience
- Organise and prioritise workload effectively, balancing multiple enquiries simultaneously
- Deliver outstanding customer service and guidance throughout the leasing process

Requirements / Skills

- Previous call experience is essential (outbound experience advantageous)
- Industry experience in automotive or leasing is a bonus but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated, results-driven, and passionate about customer satisfaction
- Attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes

Salary & Benefits
