Head of Marketing – hospitality business £50/60,000  

Location: Buckinghamshire (Hospitality experience needed)  

My client has created a new role within the business, due to strong expansion plans for 2027. This Head of Marketing to be based at Head Office and home working, for this fantastic group (4 sites), operating across Buckinghamshire. This company is in strong growth with an amazing hospitality concept and more to be added in the future. Top of their game at what they do, be part of this growth and success- working closely with the Op team, part of the ops team, so you get involved with areas of the business!  

We need a confident, experienced Head of Marketing who can come on board and hit the ground running, who is able to work on their own without support. This role focuses on this unique concept while you will be working alongside the Operations team and Senior Management of the group  

A Snapshot into the role, 

• Evolving the marketing strategy and marketing plans, working with each individual brand to cover all segments.
  
  Working with the management teams on site to grow sales 

• To be creative and innovative, coming up with new ideas that will add value to each brand 

• Building up relationships and getting the restaurants in the press 

• You will have a strong grasp of business and marketing strategy  

• Assisting with the appraisal, on-boarding, strategy/strategy development, marketing and planning 

• Must have experience working with several different brands/concepts
