Handler → Account Executive (12-24 months)

The role

• Manage SME and mid-market clients across multiple lines


• Handle renewals, MTAs and day-to-day servicing


• Work closely with experienced Account Executives


• Progress into a hybrid Exec role within 12 months


• Move into a full Account Executive position within ~2 years

What they're looking for

• 2-3 years commercial broking experience


• Cross-class knowledge (SME / mid-market)


• Acturis experience preferred


• Ambition to step into an Account Executive role


• Confident, client-facing and commercially aware
