Are you an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant, SEN Teaching Assistant, or Learning Support Assistant (LSA) looking for a rewarding role in a supportive primary school?

You will have the opportunity to work across both mainstream classrooms and the school's alternative provision, gaining valuable and varied experience.

As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils' learning, behaviour, and development both in class and through targeted interventions.

• Provide classroom support alongside the class teacher


• Deliver 1:1 support for pupils with SEND


• Support pupils within the school's alternative provision


• Help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment


• Support behaviour management and emotional regulation


• Adapt learning activities to meet individual pupil needs


• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and progress


• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff

We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Teaching Assistant / SEN Teaching Assistant who:

• Has experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, or care setting)


• Has experience supporting pupils with SEN / SEND (desirable)


• Is patient, reliable, and proactive


• Has strong communication and teamwork skills


• Is passionate about supporting children's development


• Is interested in a long-term role within education

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)


• Right to work in the UK


• Previous experience working with children (preferred)


• Experience supporting SEND pupils (highly desirable)
