Based in Dereham, Norfolk, this organisation is known for its outstanding training programmes and commitment to developing its staff.


This is a postion working within a residential home with some of the UKs most vulnerable children so requires real dedication, resillience and heart.

The role also requires flexibility in working hours, with shift patterns including days, evenings, weeknds, bank holidays and sleep in shifts.

The Role:

As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will:




  • Support children with their emotional, physical, and developmental needs




  • Act as a positive role model




  • Encourage and facilitate positive life experiences




  • Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment




  • Communicate openly and effectively with colleagues and young people




  • Uphold strong safeguarding practices




This role includes shift work, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, so flexibility is essential.


About You:


  • Experience as a Support Worker (desirable, but full training provided)
