Business Development Representative

Redline Group is partnered with a global leader in electronics distribution and technology solutions that is seeking a Business Development Representative to support the growth of a key Electronics Instrumentation partner across the DACH and Eastern Europe regions.

Based from the Eastern Europe HQ in Krakow on a hybrid basis, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly collaborative, international sales environment with clear progression opportunities.

As a Business Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business and expanding market share within the Test & Measurement space.

Working closely with internal sales teams and external stakeholders, you will identify opportunities, engage customers, and promote cutting-edge technical solutions.

This position is ideal for candidates with a technical degree who are looking to build a long-term career in technical sales, and who have already gained some exposure to a commercial or customer-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and increase market share across DACH & EE


• Proactively identify and qualify opportunities through outbound activity


• Manage and grow an active, unassigned customer base


• Collaborate with internal teams to maximise sales conversion


• Support key accounts and larger opportunities


• Deliver regular reporting and pipeline analysis

Key Requirements

• Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering (or similar technical field)


• Some exposure to sales, business development, or customer-facing roles


• Strong communication skills (English, German & Polish essential)


• Commercially driven with an interest in technical sales


• Self-motivated with strong organisational skills
